On Thursday, April 10, Erika Cheng, PhD, MPA, presented in our Translational Research Ethics: Applied Topics Series (TREATS). Her presentation, “Who Should Participate in Clinical Research” discussed the necessity of population-representative participants for equitable clinical research outcomes. Dr. Cheng is an epidemiologist, public health, and health services researcher for the Division of Children's Health Services Research and the Director of the CHSR Fellowship Program at the Indiana University School of Medicine.
